Who can transact?

The customer should be above 18 years of age and competent enough to place an order with Electronic Bazaar.

Any damage or losses occurs as a result of any order placed by a minor, Electronic Bazaar reserves the right to seek compensation from the parents or guardian of the minor.

Placing of an order

The customer needs to fill the order form on Electronic Bazaar web site in order to purchase any product. An order number will be generated which will be send to you via email.

All information regarding order acceptance, processing of the order, tax invoice will be notified to you via email.

If, after making any payment, your order is rejected, we will notify the same by email or telephone.

Payment Methods and Processing

Electronic Bazaar accepts Credit payments via PayPal, Bank transfer or Bank Deposits.

We will not process any order until and unless we receive all the information including the payment.

If you place any order on a weekend or a Public Holiday, the order will start processing on next business day.

Cancellation of an order

Electronic Bazaar reserve the right to cancel any order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any accountability to you for that cancellation at any time if the products are not available; or there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the product.

If we do so, then we will make an effort to make available you with reasonable notice of cancellation, and will not charge you for the canceled order.

You may cancel any order (whether it is accepted by us or not) by contacting our Customer Service during Contact Hours or via email at any time prior to the dispatch of the order. Once the order has been dispatched for delivery to you, the order will not be canceled. If we are unable to successfully process your credit card or PayPal payment for your order that is accepted by us, then we reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

Return policy of Electronic Bazaar

Q What are the procedures to return any electronic product?
Customer has to follow the following steps to return any item

  1. Firstly obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) from Electronic bazaar before returning an electronic gadget.
  2. After that send us the Order Number with detail description of reason of return and photo of damaged product.
  3. We will send you full return instruction and address where to resend the item after evaluating your return request and problem.
  4. Send your item on Return address send by us (via mail) but only on original Electronic bazaar packing Box. Please don’t forget to write Return Authorization Number clearly on packing box.

Q In which condition we accept Customers complain product?
Product should not be opened, used or damaged means it must be in original shipping pack like deliver by seller.

Q If product will not reach to customer after order within a week?
We gave 100% money back guarantee to our customers for undelivered product within given period of time.

Q  If customer gets much different product from seller description?
Customer has to complain us via mail on sales@electronicbazaar.com.au
First we will consider about the fact and then we will return your money but after     confirmation.

Q What to do for wrongly shipped Electronic Products?
We resolve the issue of wrongly shipped electronic products. If a product is wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may return the item and choose between an exchange, store credit or refund option.

Q Within how much Time we get our money back?
Normally we finalized all replacement, refunds within 14 days (Approx-2 Weeks) from receipt of goods on those products, which do not meet merchantable quality, fitness for purpose or match the description.  

Q Time limit to return scratched or damaged product?
You must certify any product delivered to you to verify, if it is scratched or damaged. If a product is damaged on delivery, then you should deny taking delivery of that product and informing us through our Customer Service. If you detect damage to a product after delivery, you should report us within 14 days of delivery.

Q  Modes of payment to get money back?
Refunds are paid via the same method of payment used for purchase by customers. But for Pay Pal users we are not responsible for late payment done by financial Institution, as so we can only return funds back to your Pay Pal account.

Delivery of Your Products Bank transfer and cheque payments take 2-5 business days to process. Delivery of product may take up to 3 weeks from the date of the payment received.

We advise you to be present to accept the delivery of your order if you have made payment by credit card. You should also admit and agree that any person at the delivery address who takes delivery of the products is allowed by you to receive your order.

We will give you a receipt at the time of delivery which stipulates the total fees and charges for the products in the order.

Changes to these terms and conditions

In future, these terms may differ and so we advise you to read these terms carefully each time you agree to place any order on our website. It is the sole discretion of EB to change any terms and condition related to price, availability, charges and delivery of the product.
